Due to this commitment to our clients, it is essential that our suppliers meet a series of requirements in accordance with our quality standards, and for this reason, our quality system establishes the need to evaluate and select their suppliers based on their capacity. to comply with the commercial commitments established with Tecnycon.

Requirements for products and services to be provided and approval of products are communicated to external suppliers at the time of order.

The evaluation follow-up consists of the following:

  • A limit of annual non-conformities is established, where each order will be evaluated for correct preparation, compliance with confirmed delivery times and the quality of the material supplied. If any of the requirements are not met, the non-conformity will be recorded.
  • If the established limit is reached, or if the non-conformity is of unacceptable severity according to our requirements, a notification will be sent to the supplier explaining the problem so that they can take the corresponding measures to solve the incidents. Depending on the result of these measures, it will be decided whether the provider is still suitable, and if not, its services would be discontinued.
